Vegan Chickpea Cake
Ingredients for 8 servings
500 g Chickpea Flour
1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
1/2 bunch chopped fresh dill
1.5 lt cold water
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a pot Mix the cold water, chickpea flower and tumeric. Try to avoid lumps. add salt and bring everything to a boil on a slow fire,
the dough will be ready when it comes off the wall, at this point add the chopped dill, mix all well, pour the mixture into a cake shape and let it cool.
Before serving, cut into slices with your favorite thickness and finish in a non-stick pan with olive oil. preferable to be served with a seasonal salad.
