Chocolate Tarte
Ingredients

200 g butter

4 pc eggs

200 g chocolate (min 70% Chocolate)

200 g sugar

2 tablesppons starch or flour

Chocolate powder for decoration
Method

Lightly grease the springform pan with butter or use baking paper

Melt the chocolate over a water bath (Bain Marie) and add the butter

Separate the eggwhite from yolk. Beat the eggwhite until stiff.

Beat the yolk and sugar creamy. Add the chocolate/butter mix, add the starch or flour. Mix all to a smooth dough. Add the stiff eggwhite and mix slowly. Fill the mix into the springform pan.

preheat oven at 180 C, bake for 25 - 30 minutes. the tarte will be moist. If you want it drier keep it in the oven for 40 - 45 minutes.

Let it cool off before serving. Sprinkle chocolate powder on top.
