Crunchy Muesli Granola with almonds pistachio and hazelnuts



  • 80ml vegetable oil (I use corn oil)

  • 80ml maple syrup or agave or honey 

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2  teaspoon vanilla paste (I use a package of vanilla sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 

  • 350g oats 

  • 150g nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachio)

  • 80g dried fruits (raisins, cranberry)


  1. Mix oil, syrup, salt, vanilla and cinnamon well, then add the oats and mix well 

  2. spread on a baking tray (on parchment paper)

  3. preheat the oven to 170c (Total baking time 20-25 minutes) 

  4. Bake for 10 minutes, mix and add 150g shredded or crushed nuts (almonds-Hazelnuts-pistachios -pecan - coconut - anything you like, or none, like i do for my son)

  5. bake all for another 10 - 15 minutes (make sure it is not getting dark/burned)

  6. let the tray cool down 

  7. add some dry fruit (raisins - cranberry -blueberry) if you like

Enjoy with plain yoghurt
