Crunchy Muesli Granola with almonds pistachio and hazelnuts
Ingredients

80ml vegetable oil (I use corn oil)

80ml maple syrup or agave or honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste (I use a package of vanilla sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

350g oats
-
150g nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachio)

80g dried fruits (raisins, cranberry)
Method

Mix oil, syrup, salt, vanilla and cinnamon well, then add the oats and mix well

spread on a baking tray (on parchment paper)

preheat the oven to 170c (Total baking time 20-25 minutes)

Bake for 10 minutes, mix and add 150g shredded or crushed nuts (almonds-Hazelnuts-pistachios -pecan - coconut - anything you like, or none, like i do for my son)

bake all for another 10 - 15 minutes (make sure it is not getting dark/burned)

let the tray cool down

add some dry fruit (raisins - cranberry -blueberry) if you like
Enjoy with plain yoghurt
