Vegan Oat Breakfast

Ingredients for 12 servings

  • 500 g oat flakes (recommended Mornflake brand)

  • 1 lt soya milk unsweetened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 2 tablespoon pistachio flakes

  • 2 tablespoon almond flakes 

  • 2 tablespoon golden raisins

  • 2 tablespoon hazelnut crushed

  • 2 banana

  • 1 red apple shredded

  • 1 green apple shredded

Method

In a kitchen bowl, pour the 500 g oats, and add below ingredients:

  1. 1 teaspoon vanilla paste

  2. 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  3. 2 tablespoon pistachio flakes

  4. 2 tablespoon almond flakes 

  5. 2 tablespoon golden raisins

  6. 2 tablespoon  hazelnut crushed

Then add the two shredded apples and the two banana (sliced in small thin rings) and mix all well

Last add the liter of unsweetened soya milk and mix one more time all ingredients well. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

The day after in the morning, stir well again so all the flavors come together. The dish is ready to be served and enjoyed.

The recipe is in absence of animal products, it is purely vegan
